Tomato And Basil Bruschetta

First off, dice the tomatoes and snip the basil. Next, add the other ingredients. See recipes in Taste Of Italy post.

My kitchen helper Jayce, pressed the garlic and grated the cheese.

Here Jayce is grating the cheese for the Parmesan Crisp.


This is Jayce grating the cheese for the Bruschetta.

The recipe calls for French bread, but I prefer to use Organic Rosemary Olive Oil Artisan Bread. I cut the slices in half. After you bake the bread, add the tomato topping and cheese.

So delicious!
