Travel Tuesday-Dallas, Texas

During our road trip to Dallas, Texas, we not only picked up the eclipse from US customs but we also spent some time in downtown touring the museums. We’ve spent much time in Dallas throughout the years, but this is the first time we visited the museums. We enjoyed it, especially the hotel accommodations. We stayed at the luxurious Hotel Adolphus in a junior suite. It really was a grand hotel and we appreciated the royal treatment we received. I’ve included a few pictures of the room. I’ll be sure to share more pictures in future post.

Just as you entered the room off the foyer, there was a small dining area, wet bar (not shown), and sitting area.

The small sofa had a pull out bed as well.

The beds were very comfortable and cozy, in particular after a long day of site seeing.

I wish I would have taken an extra lens or two to get a better picture of the smaller rooms, but here it is anyway. I thought it was a unique looking vanity/sink.

This is one of the city views from the room.
