Today I made Will's favorite brunch, homemade biscuits and gravy. It was very easy and quick to say the least. recipe is as follows...
Ingredients
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup buttermilk
Melted butter
Start off by mixing the cold butter and flour until mixture is course crumbs.
Add buttermilk
Knead dough and cut
Bake 425 for 11 to 13 minutes then brush with melted butter
Flakey
Top with gravy
I also ate one with honey and butter! It was so delicious!!
