Halloween Fun!

Lana dressed up as a leopard for Halloween. She is so pretty! 

She went out with Aiden and some other friends to trick or treat then watch SCARY movies!

Will and I passed out candy to the trick or treaters.

I made an apple dessert, however, I did not get a pic of the final product. LOL

Milo was dressed as a LION since of course he is a King!

It Feels Like Autumn

I decided to decorate the porch for Autumn.  It turned out so nicely. I want to add a few more things to prepare it for Halloween. I'm not sure at this point what I want to do. But, it is ready for Fall for sure.

Would Make Grandma Proud

Today I made Will's favorite brunch, homemade biscuits and gravy. It was very easy and quick to say the least. recipe is as follows...  

Ingredients

1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

2 cups self-rising flour

3/4 cup buttermilk

Melted butter

Start off by mixing the cold butter and flour until mixture is course crumbs. 

Add buttermilk

Knead dough and cut 

Bake 425 for 11 to 13 minutes then brush with melted butter

Flakey

Top with gravy

 I also ate one with honey and butter! It was so delicious!!

Pumpkin Nights Austin 2024

Last weekend, we spent some time in Austin and went to Pumpkin Nights. We had a really good time!
