Thanksgiving 2020

Let's get cooking...... 

We had the traditional type Thanksgiving meal as usual because it's the BEST.  I made mini pumpkin cream pies with a secret ingredient. 

The secret ingredient is....   You should give it a try. 

We made two turkeys, one oven baked and the other fried.  Both tasted delicious.

I made an avocado chocolate mousse.  I've been wanting to try it for awhile now, and Thanksgiving seemed like perfect timing.   It turned out well.  However, I think I want to try another recipe. 

Let's EAT.......

Dinner was exceptional.  

The desserts were amazing! 

Jayce made a butterscotch drink for a nightcap.  YUM!

Halloween 2020

Lana had her besties over, they dressed up and went around the hood to gather some candy!

The pool lights were set to fall colors, so pretty. 

We had a few decorations outside.

And we had a few around the house....

I ordered another chair. I really like it. 

Just a couple of updates below:  The extended wall is up and the new HEB opened near our house.  Finally, a grocery store nearby.
