We finally got the opportunity to meet Anouk's parents in person. We've been on video calls and of course Jayce has been to the Netherlands quite a few times. Anouk has visited here previously, but this time, her parents came along with her. I wish we could have met her sister, Naomi, but hopefully soon enough we will meet her.
Anouk sent this picture when they boarded the plane in the Netherlands. USA bound! They actually flew into Houston, then they came to visit us prior to them traveling to Oklahoma then back to Houston.
We had a nice visit with her family. Anouk had never had a smore before so we had to picture the moment for her! LOL!
Anouk's parents have actually been to San Antonio before so we mainly hung around the house getting to know each other better. We had fun swimming, playing games, talking, and eating lots of food.
One evening we went to the Pearl Brewery for Dinner. We had dinner at Southerleigh this time. The Pearl is always nice to walk around, lots of new restaurants opening in the area.
These pictures are really nice that I took during our time at The Pearl Brewery. I'm sure everyone is curious as to how the visit went. I am being totally honest when I say Anouk's parents are the best! I think I have said this before, and I made it a point to thank them as well. But, I am truly thankful for how kind they are to Jayce and the love and respect they show him is wonderful. They are very calm, positive, and have a great sense of humor. I enjoyed getting to know them better and I look forward to spending more time with them in the near future.

Southerleigh is attached to Emma Hotel and the food was good.
At the brewery they had this cool sign up, which was fun since they were visiting from the Netherlands.
Now they are off to O-K-L-A-H-O-M-A !!! Boomers Baby!!!
