Autumn 2013

Hi ya’all! Sorry to break the news to ya, but this will probably be one of my last post for a while (I think I might have one more); I’m back to school on Monday so that means back to long work days. Actually, I’m only kidding myself to believe you will be sad about me not blowing up social media with my blog post. Hahaha. TBT, I really wanted to get things updated before I became insanely behind. On the plus side, you have some sort of knowledge of how life has been the past few months with us. Life is wildly busy, exhausting, yet incredibly rewarding. I’m happy! In these pics, BJ and I took Lana to a small festival to kick off the autumn season. We had a nice time…. Corpus Christi, Texas

Last fall we traveled to Corpus for the night to watch Jayce perform in UIL for band. He did amazingly well, which I will post pics from that later. I wanted to share a few pictures from the waterfront in Corpus. It’s not very impressive in my opinion- oh well. I had fun in any case, but I would not jump for joy to go back.

Thanksgiving 2013

During Thanksgiving, my mom, Troy, and his family came to visit. And, we traveled to Kim’s house for Thanksgiving dinner, she recently moved to Victoria, Texas.  It was nice to see everyone. I managed to take pictures on my phone for instagram, but only snapped a few with my actual camera.

Major Catching Up To Do...

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I have not blogged in three months. I have so much to catch up on with everyone, so the next few post may be random and out of order, but I’ll do my best to update ya.

First off, Happy New Year! 2013 was a grand year even though we have been astoundingly busy, and I’m expecting 2014 to be full of all sorts of excitement, joy, and prosperity for all of us. Nevertheless, before I get to ahead of myself let me begin with the images below…

The pics in this post were around Thanksgiving (2013). Bill, Teresa, my mom, Kim and her family, came over to watch Jayce perform in band at one of the HS playoff games. It was a sweet and short visit. Lana looks different because she asked me to straighten her hair, I obliged. She is still as cute as ever, but we prefer her crazy curly locks of hair! Just sayin’.
