Cast Iron Skillet Cookie

This is the recipe you want if you are craving a warm, oooey, gooey, chocolate chip cookie, but want little mess.  This is the laziest one pan dessert with a big pay-off.  The promise - no mixer, a single cast iron skillet, classic flavor, and tender crumbs.. total melt in your mouth, delicious!

First melt the butter, then add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar.. stir often (it will smell like warm toffee).

Next, chill about 20 minutes to get back to room temperature and add two eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla.  Mix well.
Then add baking soda (1 tsp.) and salt (1/2 tsp).
Add flour (2 cups and 2 Tablespoons)
 Stir well..
Last, add 3/4 cup of milk chocolate chunks, and 3/4 cup of semi sweet morsels.
Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes.

I added vanilla custard (simple and sweet)
Vanilla custard and chocolate drizzle (fancy).

The best ever... (mic drop)!!!
